The last weekend in May was our grand premiere. We set out among you with our stall. We saw it for the first time that morning, but we managed to assemble it and prepare everything on time.
When a Malinois competes with a Chihuahua
With great pleasure and anticipation, we set off for the Puller competition in Záblatí, Šumava. Here, the magical purple ring ignited a fierce competition among all dog breeds.
The competition was held in the discipline of Running Puller – the dog runs after a rolling ring, and once it brings it back, the trainer throws another. The second discipline was Puller Jumping, or jumping for the ring. The dog catches the puller mid-jump and, after landing, rushes for another ring. It was truly something to behold! Competitors included veterans like Australian Shepherds and Collies, but also Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Papillons, and Malinois. We simply couldn't miss it!
What to buy for a handsome boy?
A peaceful valley, in the middle of the Šumava mountains. That was the first thing that greeted us, a feast for the eyes, a balm for the soul. Then enthusiastic dog owners started flowing in, some knew us, for others we were new. Treats for the brave dog representatives were selling like hotcakes. It was great to talk to you about everything related to dogs, meet in person, and feel how much you support us.
"So, what shall we buy you, handsome boy?" was the most frequent question when an owner approached the stall with their dog.
Smile, here comes a dog!
Throughout the day, a professional photographer took pictures of everyone as a memento, so no one left home without a memory of that sunny day. We thank the organizers of the competition for the opportunity to be there, for the invitation, for the great facilities, and for a day full of smiles. We declare this event to be exceptionally successful.
In other words – when so many people who love dogs gather in one place, it certainly cannot end badly!
