The Borzoi is a very elegant and sensitive breed and its transformation can easily take 4 hours. In addition, patience and perhaps earplugs are needed , because the Borzoi is a dog that will happily accompany your efforts with singing and howling.
First, we trimmed his claws with special Showtech pliers , which we can't tolerate. This breed's claws are always too long .

First comes the Burbur all cleansing shampoo , then we chose the Pompelmo Rosa grapefruit caring shampoo and finally, the nourishing mask. My favorite recipe is my own:
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 4 PL pH balancing conditioner
- 1 tbsp Pek conditioner
- 6 drops of ginkgo oil
- 3 tbsp Arancia hydrating mask
- 3 tbsp mint hydrating mask
Remember that each shampoo should be left on for at least 3 minutes, and the mask for at least 10 minutes.

Finally, I trim the paws with round scissors , and use thinning shears to trim the interdigital area. In front, in a C shape, the heel is short. The body and butt of the Borzoi are trimmed only slightly , the area behind the ears is no more than 1.5 cm.
The Borzoi's coat must appear soft, like light, semi-woolly feathers.
